One session to become a non-smoker
Unlike other problems that relate to subconscious need, smoking becomes a habit and as such becomes automatic.
The subconscious assumes that, with repetition, smoking is wanted or needed, and a habit is born that is extremely difficult to break. However, we all know that smoking is not beneficial, so when the subconscious is reminded of this by means of hypnotherapy and instructed to break the habit, it is only too happy to oblige.
This is a very powerful and successful treatment which helps to remove the craving and break the habit. But you have to want to give up. Without the desire to stop, the treatment will not help. Hypnotherapy cannot make anyone do anything they don't want to.
The session includes an in-depth consultation to ensure that the treatment is suitable. This is followed by the hypnotherapy, which is backed up by an an audio CD containing the basic treatment session that clients can use at home in cased temptation strikes. I also offer one month's aftercare, within which time a further session can be provided at no extra cost.
